When this tools brand came to us, the account had no sales history on Amazon US — the same five-month window a year earlier recorded $0 and zero units. The challenge was a true cold-start: build visibility, velocity, and conversion from scratch in a competitive US category, without burning the launch budget on wasted ad spend.
We ran a structured Amazon launch: a conversion-ready listing, a tiered Sponsored Products campaign structure (auto and broad harvesting feeding exact-match performance campaigns), and disciplined bid and search-term management to protect efficiency while scaling. As rank built, we expanded reach and reinvested into the keywords and placements that were converting profitably.
Scale only matters if it's profitable. In April 2024, the account spent $9,501 on Sponsored Ads and generated $42,690 in ad-attributed sales — a 22.26% ACoS and a 4.49× return on ad spend, across 3.6 million impressions. The growth to $754K wasn't bought at a loss; it was engineered to stay in the black.
